Berlina Cafe

Terrible horrible experience here, I came here plain winter and it was so cold outside my husband and I decided to step in to keep warm. Got yelled at as soon as we came in that we needed to order food to stay there and enjoy their upstairs seating, which, seemed fair, so, we bought some food. The cashiers attitude was the worst, if she's married or has kids I feel bad for them because she seemed so rude and not even a bit empathetic or nice. As well as the other cashier guy, they both kept yelling at people as they kept coming in.

Food was horrible as well, it isn't that hard to put salt and pepper in your food, it isn't expensive nor time consuming, or put some butter/sauces in your bagel sandwich. I could've gone to the mcdonalds on the front and have a better breakfast.

Having walked past this place earlier, I knew I had to try it. I had visited a little while later, I had got a cappuccino, a large at a cost of $4.95 before tax. The place had been well lit and had a little spacious but when it had gotten busy, it became a little cramped. The foods on display looked incredible and very clean. The cafe was really clean and had offered seating upstairs and downstairs. Food offered are deserts and muffins with a large selection of hot foods, drinks are hot and cold. Some background music made the place relaxing and had some seating to people watch. Staff are friendly and offered to help. A nice little cheap place. Can't comment on food today, think I'll visit again tomorrow and had b-fast and coffee.

Nice little place to eat the burgers are decent and a large fry is very large. They have pizza and salads along with pastries also . They have more seating on 2 and kevel

The most low energy, non-communicating cashier person. We couldn't understand what our platters came with and what options we had to choose from.

We were told to grab a table upstairs and our number will be called when the food is ready. We sat for way longer than some eggs and toasts should take, so we went downstairs to check. Yes, our plates were just sitting there. Mind you, the place was not busy at all.

Fine. We're still content at this point. We're just happy to eat. Then I see what looks like a 3D-printed piece of bacon... it has a texture of jerky. Ok, we were still on at this point... then we tried our over-medium eggs. Not a grain of salt, pepper, or flavor of any kind. Zero flavor with our home fries too. Now, we're not happy. All that for plastic tasting food...

The sausage patty tasted like it was from the frozen isle of the grocery store. The best thing on my plate were the French toasts. Never coming back here again...

I found this place, after parting company with a client. The location was previously a Starbucks. The service was excellent, as was the pizza and the service was excellent. I was very happy to see a much larger dining area upstairs, and the bathroom was well stocked. I was very happy I stopped in, and look forward to returning, as soon as I can.

Good for having a quick breakfast. Egg rolls are perfect. But waiters and waitresses are kind of unfriendly. No smiling, no greeting. You just get their attention to order some food. But the guys in the kitchen are great.
If you order 2 coffees and ask one of them to be with milk; you get 2 coffees with milk OR 2 black coffees without milk. No other way around.

Excellent Place. Excellent food. Not expensive.

Best pizza at New York, by far. Ingredients and crust are superb.

We came several times, and we also tried the delicious strawberry cheese cake, and the chicken tenders. Very good.

Sofian and other people that work are very kind.

Secret: They have 2nd floor with tables, if you want to eat calm.
