The Starbucks Reserve at Grand Indonesia Mall offers both indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered an Americano and received a complimentary raisin cookie, which was a nice touch.
The coffee tasted as expected—solid, just like their usual. The indoor space is cozy, while the outdoor area provides a different atmosphere.
The staff were courteous and made the visit pleasant. If you're looking for a good coffee spot in the mall, this place does the job well.

Today, had master class starbucks art of brewing in Starbucks Reserve Store GI. So worthed session with the coffee master barista. Very knowledgeable coach and valuable timing to practice the lesson behind the barista table. Recommended for those who love coffee and want to know brewing technique. Thank you Faris Azhar for sharing the knowledge.
We ordered the breakfast package of tuna sandwich and we were disappointed coz the tuna was less and bread size was very thin, not really looking like real sandwich. With the package price paid, Starbucks should really put the quality on it with a Real Sandwich served, not a “house style” sandwich. The coffee offered-Sumatra something- was yuckie- far worse than the rp35k coffee we drank at Djournal. And can you imagine that this is the Starbucks Reserve Store at the prestigious Plaza Indonesia. Starbucks here does not live up to its name. Really a big disappointment to us!

It's a Starbucks reserve located in Ground floor. It has indoor and outdoor seating. The ambience is very comfortable especially in the morning when it less crowdy.
This is the first time come here again after a while. The store already in different atmosphere. Especially the outdoor for smoking. It become "nature" friendly. You can enjoy the drinks, have a smoke and enjoy the greeny scene.
The coffee tastes mild! The sanitation of the coffee bar needs to be improved! (Example: The used coffee pot is not cleaned, and then the next cup of coffee is made immediately) Makes me worry about whether my coffee will go bad! Hope to improve in the future!
