I took a day walk around the botanic gardens today and I absolutely loved it! The shade was perfect and the view of the Capitol was simply amazing. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a restful day in the shade. It is also a wonderful location where kids were also very happy to have their own space to play while we wandered around.
So peaceful. Take a nice stroll then sit down and enjoy the fountain and garden views.
Go early at 730 and miss the crowds.
