Not much , but shopping clothes and houseware items, free parking available

Good place for shopping clothes, perfumes, snacks and many other items, also there is ATM inside easy to use
I recently visited Awtad Complex in Khaitan and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The mall was clean and well-maintained, with a variety of stores to choose from.
One thing I particularly enjoyed about this mall was the layout. The stores were easy to navigate and there was plenty of open space, which made for a comfortable shopping experience.
In terms of the stores themselves, I found there to be a good mix of high-end and more affordable options. There were also several department stores and anchor stores, which made it easy to find everything I was looking for in one place.

Nice place for shopping . U get a variety of clothes shoes perfumes households. Two Resturants on top floor serve tasty Arabic and Indian cuisines.
Nice place to buy ladies, kids and menswear. Has jewellery, watches, purses and other necessities too.
mostly it's the first modern mall in Khaitan, It contains a variety of shops such as shoes, bags, clothes, perfumes, playground for children's games, many restaurants and branches for banks, parking are also available from all the directions around this small mall, Its saves time from going to any distant or expensive shopping places
