Ocean Park have many old trees and is high on a bluff by the ocean. Lovely and mature with a sense of safety
Budding field of young fruit trees complete with a managed honeybee colony and a gorgeous community toolshed. Easily accessible via main road this converted greenspace is an amazing addition to the neighborhood not only for the environmental and educational value but most importantly the best investment we can make for our future generations. We should encourage more public spaces converted similarly to maximize their potential.
We are very fortunate to have this community orchard in our neighbourhood. Beautiful trees and flowers. Also used for teaching purposes such as the importance of bees to the ecosystem, composting, pruning etc.
