This is a small personal museum that contains images photographed all by Alex. Seeing all those cameras from different brands, from different decades was incredible. Alex is an optimistic, cool guy. He mentioned he got to hang out with Muhammad Ali for 3 weeks and photograph him. Grateful I got to see and experience his treasure trove, check out his cool place. It reminded me of the museum of moving image in Astoria, Queens! (also check that out)

Hours are estimates but once you get in it is a treasure trove. Get the background on any purchases you make.

I didn't know of this place until I saw the 1968 Dodge Dart GTS sitting outside. Then the owner of that anomaly invited me in to his gallery. Amazing art. Alex can probably tell you more about NYC than any historian. A must see.

Alex is an incredibly gifted man with so many stories! This is an establishment of LES, so do your homework and honor its history by supporting this wonderful gallery.

I WANT TO BE BEST FRIENDS WITH ALEX.
He is so wise and talented.
BEST PHOTO PLACE IN THE 5 BOROUGHS.
LOVE THIS MAN.
Its like walking into a time machine, but you can still find new film and camera fixins that you are probably looking for.

In my opinion Alex and the gallery are the epitome the village from a time gone bye.A real gentleman.
