An amazing experience at Caelis that left me smiling from ear to ear. From the moment my husband and I were greeted and shown to our seats till the time we left, we were simply swept off our feet with such excellent hospitality.

We had the Celebration tasting menu accompanied with the wine pairing. The dishes were indeed Michelin quality and we enjoyed most of them. There were one or two that was a hit or miss for me but, of course this is base on individual preference. Our sommelier Alba was such a gem in her storytelling technique, explaining each and every bottle that was brought to pair with every dish and I was truly captivated. It made the experience even more memorable.

Can't wait to return soon!

Incredible food and service, highly recommend! Best restaurant I’ve been to in a long time, if not, ever. Grab a seat around the kitchen if you can, enhances the experience even more.

We had the Sea and Earth menu. The food presentation was top notch. They featured an exquisite selection of dishes that burst with flavors. Definitely worth every single dollar spent. Also the sommelier is very knowledgeable and did recommend Viv a great champagne to start with. Again very accommodating services and superb location for a Michelin star restaurant :)

An incredible experience!
We all had the 8 course menu with wine pairing, and let me tell you, you’re in for a treat. A 4 hour long treat, might add.

Both our waitresses and the somelier were super nice, professional and warm, and they really know what they were doing.

As i mentioned, it’s an 8 course menu, but there are also amuse bouche, and some of them are incredible!

Of the mains, there were a couple that for me, in terms of consistency/flavor, were not the best (the cucumber jelly for example), but of course that’s personal.
Also, 7 were something with fish/seafood and just one meat.

Their homemade bread is amazing and the wine selection very interesting.

A great experience. A tad too long, but great. It is expensive, but it’s what you can expect for a Michelin star restaurant.

Great food and amazing service.

We tried the sea and earth menu with wine pairing and it was truly an amazing experience. The food was all a great experience, with lots of variety and interesting dishes and combinations.

The food presentation was also top notch and the service was also great. The staff was super nice! My only comment is that the place was a bit too loud for my taste.

Definitely recommend for special occasions but do expect to leave a bit drunk with that amount of wine. Amazing place!

Amazing experience - would highly recommend. Location is at a perfect diagonal with the Gothic quarters in a very nice hotel. Staff is friendly. Food was wonderful and presented and served very pleasantly. Would love to go back. Menu changes every week! Very fair prices for the value you are getting as well.

This place serves extraordinary well-made food.
I loved this experience and what an entertainment to sit in the "bar"
You can see that this is made to perfection. And then again no bad feelings, when I thought the fish could do with a little longer cooking time. Receiving the new plate, I must say, it is probably one of the best fish dishes I have ever had!😍
I will be back!
