To start off this place is in the basement of the restaurant. This uniquely designed space was perfect for a quite drink or a nice group gathering.
Excellent selection of mezcals and tequilas!
The cocktails were worth this write-up alone! They were delicious and extremely well balanced.
And to top it off they use beautifully clear ice for some of their cocktails!

This bar recently opened in the basement of the Mexican restaurant Cavita. A very nice find! I ordered a Jalapeño sour (very well balanced with a nice kick) expertly crafted by a very attentive barman. I will come back to try out the original and fancy tequila and mezcal advertised on the menu and also the nibbles menu. Great ambiance and decor.

Are you looking for an underground, Mexican/Mayan themed tequila/mescalaria then this is the place to come. The menu has an unbelievable list of both with a selection of other agave spirits. They have taster flights for those of us who need educating.

We came for the cocktails and OMG we were not disappointed. They have a small but well balanced list fusing flavours to perfection. Over 1.5hours we made our way through 6 out of the 9 available. Everyone was perfection - not a single dud. The other half who hates chilli based cocktails even loved my ancho chilli Grosselo - all the Smokey flavour but not chilli for the sake of it. We will be back to have the other 3 and only hope they keep updating the menu with other amazing mixes.
