I recently had my 30th birthday celebration at LOFT5900 and it was amazing!
The location is right off of the beltway and has ample parking spots. The Penthouse, which is the on the 5th floor, was the perfect space for my party. It comfortably fits around 80 people. The drapes and special lights really give the space an extra special touch. The owners are available to talk via phone or in person as well which helped me a lot. CJ was extremely approachable and very down to earth. The price of the venue is unmatched as well. I looked forward to having another event at LOFT5900 in the future!

I had a baby shower at this venue back in October 2022. Two weeks before my shower I was told they overbooked the space I had paid for. They only offered a different space which wasn't as nice and wanted to include a free couch for the trouble. We negotiated an extra hour for the inconvenience. I had no other choice but to take the space on the 4th floor because I had already sent out my invites. I was notified last minute that they overbooked the space. They lacked communication throughout the process and even showed up at my event at 3pm when my contract stated that the event wasn't over until 5. Unprofessional. Save the headache and use a different venue.

I went to a christening here this past Sunday and this is easily one of the nicest venues I have ever seen! From the floors, to the drapes , to the service/hospitality we all received from the owner; I was very pleased and impressed. It was also very spacious allowing a good air flow and comfortable room temperature. Everything went smoothly and we all had a good time.

Highly Recommended. Top tier. Please do not let the reviews deter you from hosting your next event here. I celebrated my baby shower here and it was the best decision I could have made. Chris and his team are highly exceptional. They are organized, kind, and attentive. The speaker I brought was not up to par. Chris did not hesitate to grab one of his speaker and let me use. They truly treat you like fam.

I can’t stress enough how amazing Loft 5900 was! We showered our best friend for her upcoming nuptials, and we were WOWED. They were responsive, he was down to earth and he was so hospitable! Please book with them! Amazing business!

I Absolutely love this Venue. My family had a wonderful time. The service was great, the view was wonderful, the lighting was perfect!! I highly recommend Loft5900 for any event. This venue really brought my vision to life!!
