Terrible customer service. Only useless AI that cuts you off after long wait. Tony it getting too cheap !

Used to be quite good. Now it's bad. Terrible experience checking in at KLIA with no help from ground staff. Not worth saving the money, better fly with alternatives to save the headache and emotional trauma it can cause to family and kids

Just awful experience on the website. Didn't receive my email confirmation, tried to get help from the useless chatbot Bo whose instructions were either outdated or just didn't work to begin with. tried to download the itinerary from my bookings but the link keeps crashing. I've wasted over an hour on this, it's not worth the effort.

Still waiting for refunds on canceled flights back in 2020 (what’s new?).

Got given ‘travel vouchers’ instead. However redeeming it is a complete farce. The vouchers are only valid for certain flights and for each of those flights, there is some mysterious limit to how many vouchers can be redeemed on them which is unknown by anyone outside of airasia.

So there’s is no way for one to find out if the voucher quotas have been reached for a particular flight right up until the tickets are to be purchased. Trying to redeem the bloody vouchers is like trying to win the lottery.

Chances are that they’ll expire before I can find a flight that meets all the requirements to redeem it and even then it’s highly likely that there will be any more allocations for the vouchers.

I don’t want to spend days on the internet hunting for flights that MAY accept my vouchers. If AA was actually sincere about making it up to passengers, they should at least make the process for redeeming the travel vouchers easier and more transparent!

So much for customer happiness!! 😤

Very bad service. Constant delays and no advance update from the company. Would not recommend anyone this flight, especially if you need to get anywhere within a reasonable time frame.

Air Asia at Johor is a farce. Grossly understaffed, relying on Self Check-in kiosks when most of the passengers can’t figure out how they work. And when they break there’s nobody to fix them. Worst airport experience I’ve ever had by a wide margin.

It was really helpful. When I was travelling with reduced mobility... I just had an accident about two weeks before the day. All the officers of Air Asia are really helpful. Thank you so much for all the care you all have given to me.

It is really good that I feel relieved.. I feel safer.. The travel feel easier than expected.
