I very rarely leave reviews but I was blown away by this place. I'll be honest, I thought it was going to be a dump. My partner and I had so much fun seeing all the animals and seeing the shows. The zookeeper(?) was so lovely and answered all my annoying questions. The staff were so helpful and kind. The animals were all healthy, and that's one thing that makes me nervous going to places like this. Snacks were perfect for someone with a pallet of a five year old (uncrustable and Cheetos).
I highly recommend this place, and will happily go back next time we come to town! (We're from central New York) Well worth the price, and we left with some stuff from the gift shop!

A large variety of animals. A very nice clean facility all the animals look fat and happy and had big enclosures (maybe the casowarry could use a bigger enclosure) Love the kookaburras, the hyenas and the casowarry. The feeding shows are done for the for the cold season. They have shows every hour on the hour i believe. Looks like a lot of upkeep has been done. They do a nice job at education and maintaining everything. I would have like to get the hyena calico style shirt in adult size but they only had child size.
This place was so cool! We went in not knowing what to expect but just wanted to show our son some alligators and boy did he love it! You walk in to a pit with TONS of alligators just hanging out. My son was stuttering and so excited!
I honestly think just from that we said the price was worth it. It does seem a little expensive but it’s SO worth it.

Staff was good. Animals were awesome. The shows were good and the staff are very knowledgeable. The 1 and only complaint I have is the snack bar. They only serve hot dogs and corn dogs as a source of actual food and they charge $3.50 for them. They have popcorn and ice cream and drinks but when you go to a family place if that caliber and pay 25 and 35 per person to get in you expect to be able to have lunch while you are there. They do not allow you to leave for a meal and return the same day. Not cool.
It was a nice experience. Our group enjoyed the feeding and reptile shows. Kids were excited to pet an alligator at the end of the reptile show. It seems like the animals are very well taken care of. I appreciated the fans around the complex to help combat the heat.
This is a pretty decent place to visit. There are a ton of alligators throughout the park. It’s a self guided tour. They also have various types of crocodiles, ostriches, a hyena, rams, macaws, tortoises, a snake house and a reptile house. The alligator show was cool and at the end everyone is given the opportunity to touch a gator. It was very hot when we went but they had a couple of huge fans staged at various locations which was welcomed. We spent about 2 hours here. There is also a gift shop and a snack stand with drinks, ice cream, etc.
Alligator Adventure was a nice time. Spent about 2 hours there with 5 kids. Kept them entertained for a good while. Of course, many alligators are to see here. I believe they have over 600 plus in total. I thought it was a little pricey though for a large family (we had 7 in total). For the money spent, I feel like we should have spent more than 2 hours here. But, it was very hot and they did not have a lot of shady areas. All in all, good time was had, though.
