Fish kill above dam. Saw no alligators. Walkway still destroyed and blocked!#$%^^. Rebuilt Nature Center is very nice, specially for kids.
Many cool animals and nice boardwalk out on the marsh. If you find a park ranger they let you walk out on the marsh.
Must stop by place while roaming around Huntington beach state park. Inside the center there are live specimens of crocodile, loggerhead turtle, sting ray and snakes. Outside the center, the boardwalk through salt-marsh land starts which is about 1 mile round trip. Along the way you can observe many species that live around in this preserve.
