Warby Parker The Mall at Short Hills

Have found my go to place for glasses. So many selections, much more reasonably priced vs competitors and customer service is on point. They helped me find the right fit and look and it was so quick and easy. Highly recommend going to Warby Parker.

Today was my first visit to a Warby Parker and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Their selection and customer service were first rate. They helped me make the best selection for my face and explained all details of my purchase. Loved their exchange policy if I am not totally satisfied after 30 days.

First time shopper at WP. Working with Brigette made for a lovely experience. I had FSA money to spend before the end of the year. I shared my budget, my wants and needs and she delivered! She was personable, a great listener, and intuitive. She brought me plenty of options and I even purchased some that I wouldn’t normally have picked off of the shelf for myself. 10/10 experience and will be telling all my friends and family.

Went in for an exam and to order frames and it was super easy! Everyone was extremely helpful. They walked me through every process easily and clearly and I got exactly what I was looking for!

Very nice store with lots of choices and friendly service . The only thing was that the sales man added enhanced progressive lenses without asking me if I wanted to pay an extra $100 for that . When I got home I realized that I had paid more that previously quoted so I called back and they changed the order . So be aware and ask them to specify the final invoice .

Really enjoyed using the Warby Parker store. The selection was great, the staff was very helpful, and the price was much better than other retailers. Definitely the best shopping experience I have had in awhile.

I never expect to be wowed anymore by a staff interaction during a retail store visit, but it happened at this Warby Parker in Short Hills Mall. My experience is mostly credited to Emily who helped me for an hour while I picked out 2 pair of prescription glasses. She made me feel like I was important and I never felt rushed. She provided honest opinions when I needed them and went above and beyond trying to help me. And I would not wish helping this indecisive nutcase on anyone! I would recommend this store to anyone, and you're a lucky person if you get to be taken care of by Emily. I've been back a few times for service and they are very consistent.
I must also highlight the great job that Warby Parker does with their entire operation. They obviously do a spectacular job hiring and training their staff, and the staff does appear to love working for the company. The glasses are amazing quality and the price is great compared to other brand options. Thanks for making my experience so (unexpectedly) wonderful!
