Had very pleasant stay at here for 4 days. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay here.
This is located 20mins away from Guruvayur temple and it's also a good option for people who come by own transport as well if they are looking for comfortable hotel rooms with reasonable pricing.

Very good service, very nice property, cleanliness is good. Front office personnel was very professional and helpful - My family loved this entire experience.
Had a good stay,
check in by 7pm and check out next day at 4pm...

There is a liqueur shop operating inside the campus family stay might feel uncomfortable bachelors may feel cheers..

Good Rooms and BAD MAINTENANCE
We were visiting Guruvayur for a marriage and stayed here for two nights. The infrastructure looked good with ample parking space but not well maintained.
Out of 3 rooms we booked the main door lock was not working in one. After locking, with a gentle push it opens. Even after multiple intimations given to the receptionist no action was taken throughout our stay, we were forced to keep our valuables in our friends room whenever we went out.
In the other room there was no shower head in the bathroom as a result we couldn't use that. We managed only because we went as a group and took 3 rooms.
And the most unusual thing happened during check-in. In my experience, the initial amount will be paid during booking and the rest is paid on checkout. But here they demanded us to pay fully for 2 days during check-in. This was the main reason they didnt take any action about the lock as they got their money.
Make sure you don't pay during check-in.
