Well air-conditioned, you can buy cheaper products here, etc., for me 4 starts only coz it's not like before like in your childhood memories where it was so full of life... Although it has all the essentials that you need so it's still good to come here. NOTE! : THEY HAVE CHEAPER PRICE COMPARED TO OTHER MALLS!! ✨ so I recommend that you visit here!
Shocked that I have not reviewed this place since I used to live just a walk a way from this building. Since it is now owned by NCCC, I guess we will just have to wait until NCCC decides to bulldoze this property and build a new and better mall to counter the nearby malls of GMall of Davao and Ayala Abreeza.
The second floor component has been renovated nicely and currently being occupied by NCCC Department Store. The open area along the hallways are now occupied by cellphone and gadgets shops, travel agencies, dental clinic, optical stores, and some small business stores. The cinema has been closed permanently. It used to show low quality movies.
Not much has changed at the ground floor except for the improved grocery store.

Growing up in Bajada, this is one of the places that I frequent for years. I still love the old Park N Shop because of how organized their items were... But the acquisition of NCCC did made the grocery more appealing. I also love the Victoria Plaza Department Store because of their home items like curtains, couches and dining sets.
NCCC is doing a good job in maintaining the mall. I wish VP's infracture would remain for more years to come as this is probably the sturdiest mall in Davao.

A lot of dresses, shoes, jewelry, gadgets, ukay and more. There are arcade also in place. A supermarket with all your daily necessities available.
You can buy groceries at large quantities, clothing, fashion items, electronics, home appliances, medication, food, ticket bookings, basic needs everything is available here
Grocery department is almost complete with basic supermarket needs. Prices are same with other nccc stores in Davao. Fully air-conditioned. Multiple cashier's on different counters. Friendly sales assistants. There are ATM's infront of the supermarket for easy access to cash, though there are also card and gcash payment options available. Finally, price checking machines are located at strategic points inside the supermarket, therefore you could scan and check prices by yourself without going to the cashier.
The air-conditioning is very fine now. Affordable food and things (depends on the store) to buy. Plus a food court and another space to enjoy your food located at the back entrance where there are food stalls too.
