Bikini Village Mapleview Centre

Discovered that Bikini Village carried a men’s line - found everything I was seeking, especially the brands I wear before my trip. Met both owners during my stay, received top notch treatment and then they went above & beyond. Just found my go to shop for my summer/travel needs. Seriously, thank you again ladies.

I walked in as I have an upcoming trip to the Caribbean and the one staff member did not acknowledge me once! I was there for several minutes seeing if I like anything to try on. I never received a 'hello' or even eye contact. In fact I had to apologize for being in her way as she restocked an item. I was the ONLY person in the store!!! So, needless to say, I have chosen to spend my money elsewhere.

Just walked out of this store. Had 0 help from the three employees working. Not a ‘hello’, ‘can I help you’, nothing. When I went to try something on the girl just shoed me into a fitting room. Never asked how I was doing. The one employee couldn’t stop talking about how she quit working at this store and it was the best decision. The manager at the front desk had her head down in her cell phone the entire time I was here. Yikes! Definitely won’t be spending $200 for a bathing suit here.

No a great experience. I asked for a bag (free promotion) to put clothes I bought from another store as they BV didn’t have anything I liked. The manager looked at me like I was asking her for her first born child. It’s just a bag. Not that serious.

Before that when I asked a employee from the floor. She said she had to check if I had to pay for it first.

Won’t be going back.

I visited Bikini Village Mapleview mall the other day and had an amazing experience. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for since I haven’t shopped for a bikini for a while and didn’t feel fully comfortable, however Alex made me feel very welcome, helped me decide on the style that would work best for me and was quick to assist me with sizes in the fitting room. She really seemed to know her product and made the shopping experience that I’ve been dreading for months very productive and enjoyable. I will definitely come back for dresses and cover ups in the summer, thank you so much to Alex, you’re the best!

Great store for some off-season swimwear, the selection is amazing. The employee was less than helpful and decided to spend the entire time we were in the store on her phone, even after asking for assistance with something she immediately went back to her phone and we had to interrupt her again for further help.

Customer service the way it should be! Thank you Shelby for listening and helping me to find a perfect fitting bathing suit. It's been no easy feat.
I really noticed how all the staff talk in terms of positive body image. I left feeling not only good about my purchase but of myself.
