I wanted to buy a pair of boots.
The shop had two customers at the time and three staff members.I older gentlemen was helping a client at the luggage section and that other two colleagues were having a conversation.
When I asked for assistance they told me they were busy and told me to wait.
I left the shop then.
I shop their often but won't return due to their arrogance.

Moumen was our guy in the store. He was very keen in showing and suggesting things. We liked the guy, his suggestions and we were happy at the end. Overall experience was very good, would recommend approaching him, if you need help, may be even if you don‘t🤪
I like this store, every time I want to buy something the staff guide me so much to make up my mind and choose the best option.
