You cannot go wrong with Urth ! You will always expect the most delicious food with great service. This branch is my favorite of all. Please try their Italian cappuccino you wont regret it😋 here I tried their salmon eggs Benedict Yaam
As usual, everything was perfect. The food is high quality and very delicious. The atmosphere is amazing
However, the service needs a bit of an uplift. There was a very long delay in delivering the coffee!! Other food items came and we kept waiting for the coffee for a long time. Just to be fair, we were refunded the price if one food item. However, it's better to improve the service rather than refund customers
In another incident, I ordered a coffee that was refillable. However, the waiter refused to refill it for me, and said that I already refilled it since it's refillable once!! After an argument, he agreed to refill it for me. This is despite my bill was over 500 SAR at that time!!

I loved the atmosphere of this cafe! I was craving a more traditional (American) breakfast with French toast and eggs and this place delivered on my dreams. I even got a lavender matcha latte that was delicious. I would recommend this place!

Came here for a weekend brunch! The portions are huge so be mindful of that. Service and atmosphere were good. We ordered an omelette which was very fresh and tasty. We were super not impressed with the crunchy French toast we received. It was undercooked and soggy, we couldn’t eat it! Their blended iced matcha latte with coconut milk and bouba is a must try if you are into matcha! I would come back to try other dishes.
For years, I have been going to this branch at least once a week. Recently, I noticed a low level of hygiene, as there is a fly inside the glass covering the desserts , and the second time I noticed today there is a hair on top of the egg plate. I hope to improve the cleanliness because I am a fan of this branch and I wish it the best always.
