Bit disappointed with the grungy feel. Use to be a really vibrant bright place but this visit was disappointing. Rubbish stacked outside of couple of shops down walkway. Some good shops which I browsed but place has really changed. Such good memories of this place in my younger days.
A very easy going place. People in general sre very friendly. Shopping in the supermarket is a pleasure.
I love this place. No frills but definitely a good deal to be had here depending on where you go and how hard you haggle.
I would never find the kind of Southside prices like these out in the city. Affordable clothes, food, and shoes. You name it, and you'll probably find it here!
I always do enjoy going to the Mangere town center. Everything is there to fast food, butchery fresh fish, $2 dollar stores, island clothes, vegetable stores markets every Saturday zumba workouts for the oldies it's a town center vibrant with so many cultures in One place and there is everything there

I haven't been there in years, but I know that it has some unique attractions in pacific culture and it's also pretty much like a mall with amazing shops and it even has a countdown supermarket, and many other outlets.
I live n love my local centre..but it really needs upgrades... otherwise yummy food, lovely shops with cheap or affordable prices...countdown right here, S2 shops galore. This is set for Pacifica nations now🌹
