When picking up my chair from the store the worker dropped the package on my car and scratched my bumper in many places.
Im happy with the quality of my new chair from here but not with the carelessness of the short delivery from the store to my car

Extremely frustrated with iFurniture! Our Entertainment and TV unit arrived damaged, and despite numerous pleas for a replacement, we were met with a cold shoulder. Our first purchase of the new year turned into a severe disappointment. To add insult to injury, they offered a mere $90 and insisted we live with the damaged unit. We already paid $70 extra for them to deliver the unit at my door. Quite unprofessional they are.

Our go to place for great looking and affordable furniture shop. Do inspect the demo items to ensure you are okay with the quality made. You get the price you paid for. We did find good items at good price and will go back for more in need. Useful customer portal link for after sales communication although you won't get very quick reply, i still get my enquiry sorted. Delivery were well organised and on time, only would appreciate if delivery man could be a bit more careful with customer front garden bed not to rollover trolley on it. My garden bed were a little destroyed but it was easy paint over for us. Otherwise, was good dealing with ifurniture westgate enjoying free delivery at easy purchase threshold.

The staff's attitude towards customers was extremely off-putting and unprofessional. I felt undervalued and ignored throughout my visit. Such a lack of customer service is unacceptable, especially in a retail environment. I hoped for a pleasant shopping experience but was met with negativity and indifference. I strongly advise others to consider this before visiting ifurniture for their furniture needs.

Abysmal customer service, lies about stock on their website and takes over 3 weeks to even confirm an order which they fail to deliver on. Absolutely do not recommend, do yourself a favour and go to lifestyle furniture, treasurebox or even trademe instead.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
Yes the prices are relatively less than others, but man what a waste of time going through REALLY POOR after-sale support that we had with every single purchase (dinning chairs, dinning table and a cabinet). The time they wasted us I could’ve paid for items from Harvey Norman or ANYWHERE ELSE that is reputable! NEVER AGAIN!

They got some good stuff. For the price, not sure if you can get better elsewhere.

BUT their customer service...is the absolute worst. And that is the reason why I'm never buying from them again and I'll advise others to do the same. If any of your furniture comes slightly damaged (marks or tears) or parts missing and you need to contact their useless customer service reps, you will 100% regret your purchase.

There is no way to get in touch with any if the team in NZ. You can't speak to anyone in the showroom or the Warehouse ( staff in both those places is super helpful).

So your only method of communication is their offsite customer service team. And I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and incompetent they are. There were moments I thought to cut my losses only so I would never have to speak to those muppets. Best to look elsewhere for furniture, that's the lesson I learnt, which is a shame really coz they got decent stuff.
