Bear Sushi

Ordered through Skip the dishes first few times everything was fine. Ordered last week - through skip the dishes, driver never showed up with my order. The order was mysteriously cancelled, Skip refunded my order - no explanation, no problem. Tonight I though I'd give Bear Sushi one more chance. Driver got there to pick up my order and he calls me. They told the driver someone else picked up my order. Again no food, no explanation, just another refund I'll see in 5 to 10 days. I'd call the place direct if they had a public number, I'd even drive over there if I wasn't stuck at work - lucky for them. In short I don't recommend Bear Sushi, I won't be using Skip the Dishes either, as a third party app they seem fairly useless when getting an explanation on what went wrong.

Dear Anthony. We are very sorry to hear that. However, it sounds more like skip the dish problem. When there is a driver to pick up the order, we confirm the order number and give the sushi to the delivery. I hope Skip the dish can handle this issue well and I will make a complaint to Skip the dishes as well

I think you need to reread my complaint. Your store refused the order. The driver called me to inform me of this- he was at your store to pick it up! . Furthermore, I went to contact you there's no number you can be reached at directly. Your processes suck at handling these issues. You should take responsibility for your mess and stop passing the buck.

Great sushi!!! Alot of diffrent dishes love going here!!! They have a happy hour 1 hr before closing where all there products left over are $5 some differ depending on dish!! And happy hour dosent seem to be every day it seems to be "while supplies last" kinda deal

This is the best sushi in Niagara area. If you like going to the outlets, make sure stop by and grab some. The owner is very pleasant and the staff as well. 👌🏼

Best FRESH Sushi around the area. Excellent quality! It is so yummy and you can tell the difference. Customer Service is one of the best I’ve seen! BEAR SUSHI is a must.

This location has fresh and savoury sushi. You can taste the difference from other places and this establishment. It's worth the stop for a bite.

Fresh and very yummy. Great customer service. My daughter and i enjoyed it very much. Will be back
