Six Senses Bhutan

It’s a wonderful place, a rare and unique gem of Thimphu. We came for a New Year. Staff is really very helpful and kind. The view from lodges is very special: mountains, buddha, valley. Day time everyone is doing sightseeing, so hotel feels peaceful and serene… highly recommend to visit this place. It feels like Switzerland of south east asia. The atmosphere of the hotel feels friendly and spiritual. It’s open since around 2017-18 so is still in a mint condition. Even we came in December it’s a very pleasant weather for activities.

Six Senses Bhutan was simply the most outstanding hospitality we've ever experienced. We went for a week as part of our honeymoon (circuit of Thimphu, Punakha and Paro lodges) - the attention to detail, level of personalisation, international cuisine, itineraries / guides / drivers / entire staff, list goes on...they have thought about every aspect of the guest experience and then nailed the execution. At the top of their game in every way, not just within Bhutan but globally. What a trip, thank you to the entire team there!
