Excellent starters but the main courses were not special nor innovative. For the price per person, one would expect a lot more than duck breast with broccolini or a tofu bao. The beef stripe wasn’t tender and desserts also disappointing.
I was at a company event and enjoyed the experience but would have been very disappointed to pay for this dinner myself.
Friendly service but absolutely not professional to a 1* level. It’s a good casual dining but not a unique experience.

A very adventurous tasting menu if you want to challenge yourself and experience something very different as well as tasty. Wine pairings were excellent and perfectly matched with each course.
Dae Mon curates menus and certainly can inspire the senses. You can tell throughout the 8 course pre-fix meal, there is a certain flow to flavors and it is a unique culinary experience. There is a vegan and non vegan option. The food spoke for itself and was certainly worth the price tag. Each course was also presented by a different staff member which was a nice touch.

The food was excellent and the service was very good. The staff is polite and also mindful of the guest’s tastes. I ordered a wine pairing but the server sensed that the paired wines were not my taste. He then got me a wine I liked and charged me only for the wines I drank, removing the total wine pairing cost. What would make this place an even nicer experience is better and polished cutlery and more defined artwork in decor. At that price, even the little details matter.

Exquisite experience. The food was artistic yet tasty. It was the first day of their new menu so we didn't know what to expect. A total of 10 courses were served with each being a delight on its own.
Food was really excellent and justifies the high price. My personal favorite was the spicy pumpkin soup!
However, my expectations to this restaurants included the full package, meaning food & drinks as well as environment and service. The latter definitely has room for improvement to keep up with the food and price.
