Als Tourist wird man hier mein ein bisschen übers Ohr gehauen. Man kann durchaus in anderen Lokalitäten besser und günstiger essen. Wir sind hier eigentlich zufällig gelandet, würden aber auch nicht wieder kommen. Das Essen ist allerdings ganz okay.

Cheap ingredients. I ordered a sashlik, the meat in it was the cheapest bacon can be bought from any supermarket, some sausage also the worst kind. You pay extra for the pomes which is a bit strange, but would be okay if it wouldn`t be the baddest quality food I ever tasted in a restaurant. 10/10 would not want to eat here.

I selected the place due to the name Grand Mother’. I expected the taste of food and at the atmosphere more like at home. Unfortunately. No sincere, friendly hospitality, no delusions taste of cordon blue. The level of bistro with not nice personnel. And tips 10% are included to the bill by default.

The waitress is rude.
The interior made my eyes blind. Kitch, no style at all.

Worst restaurant ever. They got all dishes wrong, made us wait more than 30 minutes and made us pay for a terrible service. Never going back. I would recommend you to go elsewhere if you can.

I am sorry to share such a bad review but I cannot call this place a restaurant. The fast food has better customer service than this place. Waiters rude. We ordered soup as a starter and main courses and we haven't even got to the half of the soup and waiter came with food and said "oh are you still eating because we got your mains ready" he put them on the table and left. The automatic 10% service charge was cheeky as well as I couldn't see mention of it anywhere and the waiter had courage to ask if we want it to give it to the owner or waiters as a tip. I mean customer should be deciding whether or not to give tips and not who will it go to. Whole management of the place is wrong and food very basic. Good job you have superb location otherwise you out of business.
