Nice short PCN connecting Lentor Avenue to Upper Thomson Road. Good for a short morning walk before breakfast. Within 5 minutes walk from Springleaf MRT Station.
Beautiful for early evening walk.
Since the increase of cycling activities in Singapore, I chance upon the PCN while cycling from Seletar. Place is quiet and located along the water way. It's surroundings is a rainforest which is from many years ago. There are bird watchers and nature lovers spending the morning there. Walk towards the end there are toilets and water point for the tired adventurers looking for a break. Not many mosquito in the are such is pleasant.
Since the opening of the Springleaf PCN between 2014 to 2015 , it has been one of my cycling and walking routes to cross over Lentor Avenue to Upper Thomson Road & vice versa. For bird watchers, it's one of the spots in SG. One thing for sure, I will never failed to see the water lilies in the Seletar River.
If want a peaceful and quiet place to excercise , this is the place to go . You will be immersed in the nature and fresh air that this place can offer.
