The food here is amazing. I've only ordered takeout, but everything I've had from here has been delicious. The staff is friendly and efficient.
Food was great as per usual. Only major downside is them having a reputation of missing certain meals when we order our food for delivery, then charging us extra if we let them know about the foods they missed.
Been a customer for 10 years. Food good. Menu outdated, which leads to a lot of confusion when order comes or bill comes. Wish they would update the menu in house, online, everywhere so there are no food disappointments. Service kind of slow.
I just bought food here at El Rey and they gave me yesterday’s chicken. It taste weird that I couldn’t eat it. I bought half chicken with white rice and red beans. I’ve been buying here for years and this is how they’re treating non Spanish customers. If you’re buying here, make sure to open your food and check it. I’m so disappointed with them.
I ordered delivery of Pepper Steak and yellow rice & beans. I paid over the phone and tipped generously. They sent me chicken instead. I called and spoke to woman that took my order and instead of apologizing for getting my order wrong she’s telling me I ordered chicken! How to you go from pepper steak to chicken!? I was charged the amount for steak but sent chicken instead.
