Very nice shopping mall with plenty of options, stores to buy clothes, apparel, shoes, food, appliances, electronics and many more, as well as restaurants. It has 2 floors and it is pretty well located.

Great atmosphere, happy staff, sub par coffee would recommend a strong pass. But they have a bar at night that I hope to visit before I leave Mar del Plata.

Has everything you need to spend an afternoon with friends or family. Nice stores and environment. Great cinemas! The food court has a nice simple variety. Its close to one of the main Streets to go shop and also have some drinks or maybe go check pit a fancier restaurant. Also walking distance to the beach and one or two main attractions. I liked it.

Big and beautiful, home to a load of important brands and an amazingly spacious food court with lots of competing choices. Spot clean as well.

Disgusting place, just another shopping center. Nothing new. Pretentious and false cultural center. Where only famous and friends exhibition take place without sense. One more demonstration of the corrupted government and the auto homage of the man that thinks he's the best son of the city. It used to be buses central station along the past century, now it's just a disgusting place just for tourists and lost people

The shopping was constructed as part of a restoration project on an old bus station. The idea was to use the historic building as a "cultural center" and rise the shopping structure beside, leaving a public open square in the middle. The end result is not quite satisfactory: there are a lot of concrete floors, almost no gardens, and due to the glass structures, children can't play here. The shopping floor is nice and clever, with a street running underneath, the access is a bit confusing at first, with no indication about the stairs or the restrooms, and overall the place still feels rushed. Brand selection is good and has high standards, and the interior deck floor is a nice place for a coffee. Prices are moderated to high, but discounts are frequent.
