Can anyone provide contact number for available appointments in this building?! I need 3 bedrooms, any idea what is the rent for 1 year ?!

Will charge you (half of your deposit paint) for the whole apartment. 1st year stay was paying overpriced ac. 2nd year 5+k whole year for ac. Heater was not working even filed complain for many times. Building was clean and security was good. When i moved in they didnt give me parking which was stated parking was free but i brushed it off as i dont have a car. 2nd year i got a car and asking for the aceess they didnt provide me hence they told me to pay 1k for parking. When i end my contract they ask for the parking access which that was not given to me. Lol, all in all apartment is great and spacious. But not happy with the end results.

Not recommended at all because of the most expensive chiller bills. Chiller bill is fixed, you cannot do anything about it. Either you use it or not you have to pay minimum of Aed 500/ month apart from normal dewa bill. If you wish to raise a complaint regarding over charges for chiller you will be asked to pay the bill or else leave the flat. Building is poorly managed by DIRE in terms of chiller maintenance. You have to pay for chiller whereas you will never get cold water in flats.

Spacious rooms... And the building is maintained well.
The service guys are a bit reluctant but so far it's a real deal...
There is one funny gate at the parking entrance which opens very slow and the parking is a bit conjusted.
