In Canada, there is a growing focus on Indigenous education and reconciliation. Recognizing the different perspectives and cultures of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis groups is seen as a simple but effective step towards understanding the past and shaping the future. Graduation requirements now include Indigenous-focused education, enriching students' knowledge of Indigenous history and traditions. This is an important step towards seeking knowledge and promoting reconciliation. In Canada, there is a growing focus on Indigenous education and reconciliation. Love that they have black rice!! You can have it in everything such as the rolls and with your dinners. They cook it to perfection! Black rice is very nutritious. Excellent food. And they stay open quite late. Very friendly staff. Definitely would recommend.

Special roll was good and service was good as well... however Donkatu was too dry and cut was too thin. Doesnot feel the texture of meat. But for the price, no complain

Stopped by after a ski trip at Mount Seymour. It is a nice little restaurant with not many tables. Food is average and reasonable. Overall experience is nice and may stop by again.

Very tasty sushi. The sushi is higher quality than what we've had at Sushi Town or Sushi Garden. It's apparent that they take more time and care and the rice and sushi is fresher. We enjoyed the Seymour sushi tray a lot and will try the bigger one next time. The entree tonkatsu was good too, but wish the rice portion was a bit bigger. A few weeks ago we tried the chicken teriyaki dinner and it was good too. Chicken was cooked well and crispy but rice was a bit small. Prices are reasonable. No dine in at this time, take out only.

First meal out since mid March & of course it had to be sushi. Was out this way so decided to give it a try, instead of one of our tried & true places closer to home. How I long for one of those places & now this place just made the longing even stronger. While the customer service was wonderful, I wish I could say the same for the sushi. Unfortunately it wasn't any better than grocery store sushi. I'm sorry to say but with number of amazing Japanese restaurants around the lower mainland, I'll have to give this one a pass.
