Grant McGregor provided a complete service for the renewal of our contract and subsequent update to IT hardware. They’re great to deal with and definitely to be recommended for any business IT requirements you might have.
We have never had such speedy, efficient, communicative and helpful IT support (and we've had a few companies over the years). Could not recommend Grant McGregor more highly. Their staff are all excellent - polite, helpful and they do not blind you with "IT speak". Every issue is followed up and resolved quickly. We are delighted we found them.
Grant McGregor are responsive to support requests which are usually resolved within the same day. They publish a clear set KPI's each month. I would recommend them to SME's.
