Ok. Not great, and not bad.

The worst airline you can possibly fly! They endangered our lives. Refused to let us change our flight 3 days 2 days and one day in advance of a type 5 category hurricane hitting Hong-Kong. Every weather forecast the Hong-Kong government and the airport all said that the hurricane was going to hit and the airport would be closed and they to change my flight saying thats not the info we got. The airport even emailed us that they were going to be closed and asiana still refused to. The flight could still go through I called every day and they refused to change my flight they refused to allow me to leave early even tho there was full availability they left me stranded. Their customer Constantly hung up on me refuse to give me their information refused tell me how to file a complaint. DO NOT FLY ASIANA AIRLINE!!!!!
