Great service & kind people !
The worst tax service experience we've had. Fatal contact sometimes we had to send several emails asking to get any response at all. Final numbers at the end of the year prepared sloppily we ourselves had to pay attention to the accuracy of the data and correct them even though everything was delivered on time from our end. Extension of the deadline for the tax return is standard procedure even though we delivered all things much earlier. Due to the fatal contact and inability to clarify even the simplest issues we were forced to terminate the contract. Currently to this day we are struggling with problems arising from the tax returns prepared by this company for 2019. Trying to get answers to any questions about that period and returns which they prepared - Jaroslaw dismisses us and answers only that he no longer supports us and we have to ask the current service provider. Treatment of the customer incompetent and absolutely unprofessional. I strongly discourage cooperation with this company
