I completed my taxes with them in 2023 after someone recommended working with their mom for many years. It is 2024, and I have yet to receive my taxes. I've called, no answer. Emailed, no response. Tried to go in person, place is closed. Stay away from these people. I'll be reporting.

My wife and I were customers of Elba for over 15 years. Come to find out she passed away a few years ago and her kids now run the business. I was able to receive my taxes in February but my wife still hasn't received hers. We were told in August we will get back to you and still nothing. This is very unprofessional and we will be seeking another place .

They are very unprofessional it’s been almost a year I haven’t received my refund to find out my check was cashed on September 5th where Kalima assured me she fixed my forms to which she prepared all wrong addresses wrong bank account then passing the buck and blaming her sister I’ve been coming to them for 25 years I’ve alway worked with Elba not knowing Elba passed away her daughter who runs the business is no Elba that’s for sure I will make it my business to report them to every agency imaginable I left hundreds of text and calls not one call back on text to say I’m sorry very unprofessional also beware she is using her mothers tax number to conduct business kalima isn’t licensed her mother was she might not even be an actual accountant be very careful with this business very disappointed and disgusted now I have to fill out more paperwork and chase my money for a service I paid for these people don’t deserve to be in business

I went to this place to fill my taxes in April, and I haven't received the refund yet . Also, they never answer the phone. You should be more professional and responsible. Also, I went in person to find out what happened, and they were closed.

This place is really unprofessional, I did my taxes with them February 2023 and gave them 125 dollars and they said I will get my taxes back in 4-6 weeks ,I waited the 4-6 weeks still nothing ,we are currently in June 2023 and I still haven’t gotten anything this is definitely the 1st and last time I’m doing my taxes at this place

Please everyone if you can read this message it's very important do not trust this business for your taxes!!! I've done my research and I had several friends and clients go there and they never got a response from these tax preparers and had their taxes all messed up 🤔 when you call to find out about inquiries they don't answer their phones and they have attitude all the way. This is not a way to run a business I am going to call consumers affairs. PERIOD 💯!!!
