All the staff is so sweet, great experience overall and super fun!! Even though my group got there a bit late they were willing to take us in and were very amazing with the whole process. Will go again!

My friends and I did two escape rooms here and overall had a great time in both. Our main complaint was that both rooms were practically pitch black with minimal lighting and they only gave us 2 flashlights for a group of 4. It would have been nice if every person got a flashlight, because half the time the individuals without one couldn't do much.

Went for my friend's birthday. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped create a really fun atmosphere. The escape room itself was enjoyably challenging with fun puzzles and great aesthetics. Would definitely go again.

Susan is awesome!!! We visited on a Thursday night and did the carnival themed room… it was so good we came back later to do the nightmare on 49th street! Susan and Matt were so good to give us just enough hints to help us escape and we had the best time doing so! The rooms are beautifully detailed and fully immersive right down to the music and ambiance. I would highly recommend this location for your next thrilling escape! We will be back!

I've visited this place multiple times, and today's MAFIA escape room adventure was absolutely the best. Johnny, our host, made it an unforgettable amazing experience. Patiently explained everything to my parents, who were doing an escape room for the first time. Thank you Johnny, for making it the time of our lives!

I've had the pleasure of experiencing multiple escape rooms at this location, and each time has been absolutely fantastic. Jhonny and Jester showed exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and storytelling skills. They were quick in addressing our questions and provided hints promptly upon request. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area and seeking a delightful time with friends, family, or a romantic date night. We paid $35 each per person as of January 2024 and spent about an hour there each time we've been.

Had an incredible first-time experience at this Exit Game location for a birthday celebration. Susan was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We really appreciated her kindness in giving us couple more minutes to complete the last puzzle, making it the best birthday gift ever! Highly recommend! Will definitely go back to try more Exit rooms!
