I visited the Spa today and had a fantastic experience! My massage therapist Radhika was simply amazing and very personable and courteous. The manager Theresa went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I highly recommend this Spa if you are looking for a truly transformative experience!
This spa is excellent. A must do for all business travelers. Caroline was my therapist and she is world class. Can’t wait for my next massage.
Very bad and overate..with this price you can do four hands treatment near hotel. Therapist was angry while she was giving a massage and checking time all the moment
WASTE OF YOUR MONEY! NEARLY COST 50€ FOR NOTHING! Super disappointed, it is not cheap places and massager was looking at her phone to check time. She seems so angry when she was giving me a massage. Those who never done massage will like it because of the surrounding and decoration of the store but I went so many different massage shop all around the world as a traveler I will never go back or recommend to someone since it’s over priced for nothing. If you looking for fancy deco with bad massage this is the place for you. Otherwise chose affordable massage place near by hotel. I totally waste my money today.
As I was staying at the hotel I went there to wash and blow dry my hair. I asked for my hair to be done straight and the hairstylist did curls for my hair. My mistake that I was with the eyes in my phone and only realized half way through
Most the services listed on the menu are unavailable, under trained and under staffed , most of them lacked confidence and there was lack of continuity/communication during the facial services we took . Overall not a good experience considering they hold tenancy in a Marriott chain
On my trip to Bangalore, I decided to treat and pamper myself at the Shea spa salon located at the Renaissance hotel.
I was instantly welcomed by the staff who took time to guide me even though I didn’t book slots in much advance, they were very accommodating.
The spa is very clean and beautifully decorated and the team was very attentive to my needs. I went for a hair treatment and cut, an aromatherapy full body massage and an anti ageing and hydrating facial.
Best decision ever. Not only the treatments were quite affordable given the amazing quality but the staff was just incredibly skilled, smiley and courteous, making sure that my expectations were not only met but exceeded. I can’t thank them enough to make me look and feel fresh, clean, and young.
It is easily one of the best spas I’ve ever been to. They only use top notch products and all I can think of is, I can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much and see you very soon :)
