Light and sound should be upgraded to show much advanced visuals through lights or laser, the most disappointing show I’ve ever seen. We were better of just visiting the Amer fort. Car park is also far away from the actual place, a complimentary shuttle should be provided to people who pay for the car park.
Nothing special about this light and sound show.

As a Maharashtrian, I’m visiting Jaipur for the second time. The first time I missed the light and sound show. But I visited it this time. It was a great experience. I don’t wanna go into the political zone (as a Maharashtrian and a Hindu, the history made my hair stand as Mughals have been painted in a heroic color), but the experience was good. Please carry a beanie and enough layers of warm clothes if you’re visiting in winters.
The show starts at 7.30 PM and you’re let inside in batches. There are 2 batches. 7.30 and 8.30.

One of the best things to do at Amer fort.
There are two shows, one in English which starts at 6:30PM (may be) and the Hindi session starts at 7:30PM.
Audio presentation in Amitabh Bachchan's voice (on the Hindi show) with the cinematic write-up of the story around Amer fort will be worth watching.

The show was ok. Found it overhyped. The ticket is priced at ₹250/-. Every electric auto generally takes ₹40-100/- from Amber fort to the spot. Since we did not know the history of Rajasthan, we were kind of bored. Also we saw a lot of people leaving in between. It's kind of cold in November, so carry a jacket. Also we came of weekend and it was heavily crowded, so better reach 20-30 mins before show.

The show is a bit disappointing. They are only turning lights on and off on seven portions of the fort and not showing any visuals of the story. I also felt it a bit boring.
And the ticket price is quite high for this show as we are not getting much in return. The sound effect is also not good.
If you are expecting any visual story related show then don’t waste your time here.

Very boring, there was almost no light as you can see in the pictures. It can be much better using modern technology. The Akshardham Light show in Delhi is much better than this. They charge a hefty sum of money for the poor performance and no proper facilities, mosquitoes were biting while we were sitting.
