Very bad customer service specially the one sitting nearby billing counter ,went to sell my gold the man didn’t even bother to look or give good quote ..just weighed gold ,wrote a amount in paper and handed to me ,the value they are giving the customer while buying gold is missing towards customers who went selling it ..Very bad attitude ,unprofessional behaviour

Poor customer service..went to buy a chain there...since all were busy in attending other customers we were waiting for our turn..but atleast they should have the courtsey to say that we will serve u after this customer...but no one cared to say a word..we left the shop and went nearby shop & purchased.

Had a great experience with Ajanta Jewellers. They do the jewellery evaluation for USA and Canadian immigration purposes. I had to get my jewellery evaluation done urgently for Canadian immigration visa, even though he had other commitments he made time to get the evaluation done on a quick notice.
The entire process was very smooth and documentation was detailed and proper.
