I'm upset too see the doors closed at 7:45 am just the light's on, and the gate mildly open with no one at the front desk. I hate writing a not so positive review. I joined mainly for the convience of the timing as well as the facility is clean. If this becomes a habit I'll see a different facility. The staff overall are nice, but I'm disappointed with it not being fully open on a Sunday morning.
Coach Alaa was very helpful walking around and giving advice without being asked. We need more coaches like her.:)
Staff are very accommodating... They make sure that concerns are resolved on time.. This branch is cleaner and more hygienic compared to other Abu Dhabi Branch.Moreover, classes are fun and challenging. For further improvement, classes should have variations of trainers and should add new classes like boot camp/body attack/Strong nation so it will not become monotonous. Hopefully the towel service will return the soonest..
This fitness center is located in Dalma Mall. Lots and full of GYM equipment. Should come here to practice to have a good body and health.
I had a very disappointing experience at Fitness First in Dalma Mall, Abu Dhabi. I have been a long-time member of various Fitness First clubs, but this particular branch has left me thoroughly unsatisfied.
First and foremost, the constant push for private training sessions by the trainers is extremely irritating. It feels like they are more interested in making extra money rather than genuinely helping members achieve their fitness goals. This relentless pressure for personal training sessions has created a hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere.
Furthermore, the gym equipment is shockingly outdated and hasn't been updated since 2012. In an era where fitness technology is rapidly evolving, it is unacceptable to see such neglect in maintaining and upgrading equipment. The lack of modern and functional machines significantly hampers the quality of workouts and overall member experience.
In stark contrast, I have experienced the exceptional professionalism and quality of service at the Fitness First branch in Mirdif City Centre. The staff there demonstrate a genuine commitment to assisting members and maintaining high standards. There is no comparison between the two branches.

not recommended for the people who is handling Mazaya card, long process to enter the gym. Moreover. Moreover, it is difficult to enter the gym every day because there is a limited number of Mazaya card holders to enter and it will be a matter of luck.
Cozy gym, compere to other gym arround thay are perfect ... they do have group classes and personal trainer if you would like... no traffic or rush hour.. always accessible
