Funcionário que apenas tenta vender e não respeita o pedido do cliente. Não pedi o Full Pack, no entanto meteu na mesma no contrato, além disso não me informou que esse Pack é ao fim e ao cabo outro contrato. Detesto mentiras e manobras pouco dignas!
Fiquei muito descontente com o serviço prestado neste agente Vodafone e EDP. Nomeadamente pela funcionária de seu nome Beatriz, que não está no lugar certo. Há práticas desonestas, impingimento nas mundanças de contrato e falsas informações dadas ao cliente. É inadmissível e vergonhoso.
Apesar da pessoa que atendeu ser simpática desloquei 3 vezes a loja para mudar um contrato de nome da EDP e nunca tinham sistema, para loja de vende serviços de telecomunicações não ter sistema é estranho.
Serviço péssimo. Funcionaria antipática e incompetente. Não recomendo
