100% changed from 20yrs ago and beyond. Seems to me that the water front has become an attraction on the Bay almost as much as the ⛱️ Beach.
Relatively clean beaches/boardwalk and easy access to the ocean.
As usual a line during peak hours... it's an awesome boat ride well worth $4 per adult, kids are free if under 44 inches, same rules apply for the subway/bus anything MTA!
