Greedy people selling fake products !!! While selling they never mentioned once that they are giving indian ray-bans which look so fake, when i went to talk to them about it the person who sold has disappeared and a person who pretends to be the owner doesn’t have manners to talk and is so rude, please dont visit this place they will behave like they dont know you once you’ve bought from them
Great store and wonderful service. Have bought multiple pairs from them and so have my friends. Pretty vast collection of premium brands and amazing discounts too. Would visit soon.
I have been buying my spectacles and lenses from eye world and they have Very good staff and service. The Person checking the vision does a very good job and Firoz is very helpful and polite. they will notify you when the glasses are ready so you don't have to keep following up. worth recommending and will of course go back to shop for me.
I have gotten a few prescription glasses and sunglasses from Eye World Optics and their service from start to finish was absolutely amazing. They were very flexible with pick-up dates. The glasses themselves are high quality and there is a good range of styles and brands to choose from. The price range is varied, so you’ll definitely find something. Special mention to Mr Firoz who is always super helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend!
During my last visit to Mumbai this April ; I had the best customer service experience at Eye World Optics ( Bandra W) in getting my reading glasses done.
This time around I need extra pairs so I called from overseas and spoke to Mr. Feroz about my requirements . He was gracious over the phone and followed up my enquiry in minutes through WhatsApp and within a day I had 2 new sets of glasses.
He showed confidence and trust in spite of my inability to make any advance payments . Great customer service ; value and quality . I highly recommend their services

Hi ; I ordered a ray ban sun glasses of a specific model nd it was promptly delivered as promised . The shop owner Mr Ali and His colleague Mr Asif were very helpful in arranging the desired model and deliver it safely as promised . I’m very happy with the services .

In my opinion, this store has quite a lot of choices to choose from, however, the thing that caught my attention was the fact that Mr. Ali and Mr. Asif were very attentive to my requirements and are very knowledgeable about their products and were able to give me the kind of information whereby I could make an informed decision.
For the purposes of this review, kindly note that I was making a purchase for prescription eye glasses and not for sunglasses, so the two gentlemen exhibited their professional knowledge admirably.
