Overall, it was a nice course. Beautiful fairways and greens. The cart path was a bit on the rough side and non-existent in certain areas. It was a good value for the money, and I would recommend it.

Excellent course and staff. Forgot my sunscreen and the guy working the pro shop gave me his personal sunscreen so I didn’t fry. Also, had a miscommunication with my tee time and he was very understanding and got us right out on the course.

Fantastic course! Layout is a nice combo of risk-reward. Open fairways for mishits, greens are massive so plenty of places to miss. Greens always run true. Shop also has nice apparel with their super cool herring logo. 10/10.

Great low key golf course for the casual golfer. It is very well managed and run and is very reasonably priced. Chip and the team at the Lakes is always making improvements and the course is constantly getting better. I really enjoy playing at this course.

Cost was $20. Course condition was OK. Rough in some spots. Greens were fast and best part of the course. Played as a single. Is a course you would have liked to play a few times before trying to post a score. Some tricky tee shots...after you hit your tee shot, drive up to your ball and think, "Wished I known what that looked like before I hit". Worst part of the round was after playing 7 holes at a quick pace I got stuck behind a group of 5 that never once gave thought of letting me play through. I think all of them were struggling. Took 2 1/2 hours to play the back nine. Would like to play this course again during summer when conditions were better.

Great course. Have played here many years and have always enjoyed the course 😊. The greens are always in great shape throughout each season. I wish I can say the same about their fairways though. On the driving range, they have added mats, which take away from getting to get off the grass. I'm not a fan of the mats. Hopefully they will continue to allow hitting off the grass.
