This is the gaming center of the city. If u need anything to do with console gaming this is the right place to visit. Building is a derelict, might blew off some visitors away, parking is expensive, uncomfortable and limited, better riding or take a cab instead of driving here. Price is very inexpensive overall, many shops selling moderate variety of goods. Need to have good bargain skill for good purchase since price is varied among the shops.

The place has become so dirty with many shops closed. The security guard is very rude not planning to go there anytime soon.

TEC is past its glory days. But it is still the best place to go for console video games in Surabaya.

Bad place to shop, no AC, they kept the escalator off, narrow parking space, the console game they sell here is overpriced and they often sell you europe region games for a ridiculous amount of price.
