Absolutely love it here! Make the best rolls by far with some of the freshest ingredients also the chefs and service is exceptional as well as the tidy and pleasant atmosphere I 100% recommend it here to everyone that hasn't tried it yet... Just yummy altogether 🤤
The sashimi and donburi are great! Limited space so make sure you come early.
Decent sushi that hits the spot. Good portions and friendly prices. Hard to find $12-14 Oshi nowadays and there are different promotions on the walls. Sashimi was fresh as well. The oven baked unagi roll is unique and really stood out in terms of its flavor and texture.
I love this place and usually order food from there once a week minimum. They are very friendly staff and they are really quick with preparing the food. The chefs are very friendly as they usually greet you with a big hello as you enter the building and will usually say goodbye in a nice, loud voice as you were leaving. The prices are reasonable. As well, they take notes I am assuming on their computer for the regular visitors because when I went to go order some thing today they took note of something I mentioned last week and brought it to my attention today if I still wanted my food served in the way I mentioned last week.

We had the yum yum crunchy roll, which is avocado, yam tempura, cream cheese with some sweet soy sauce and crispy yam tempura sprinkled on top and it was one of the best vegetarian special rolls I've had in my life.
They also serve hot green tea before your meal, and have a nice selection of Japanese beer and soju.
Try them out!

Found this gem of a place by chance, and didn't regret it. Fresh and tasty and generous portion. This place stands out from the other 1000 or so sushi places in Vancouver.
- Reasonable pricing, 3 people around $120 after tax and tips
- great dining atmosphere, love the high rise design, wood table and chair, feel pretty authentic
- service is a bit slow in the beginning (probably waited 20 minutes to be seated + taking orders), but the food was prepared and delivered efficiently.
- waitress are super nice and kind, always have a big smile on their faces. Love it haha
- food quality is decent, no obvious defrost taste in the sashimi, pressed sushi is well done, dressing and seasoning is on the spot. Udon noodle is a bit over cooked (a bit soggy)
Overall, I'm happy with the meal and will come back again
