Amazing collection but no discounts
No more life time warranty. They now only give you 5 years warranty just like any other luggage companies. Nothing special.
When mine broke, they told me to wait 10 days to check the availability of the spareparts. They needed 10 days just to check. Then they just said they didn’t have the sparepart to fix it and they asked me to buy a new one!! I guess the recession is so bad that they think it’s better to increase sales.

Tumi is the epitome of function and luxury, albeit a more affordable alternative compared to LV, Gucci, etc. Most of their designs are conservative. Once in a while, they do fresh collabs too.

Tumi at Kota Kasablanka has descent collections that may suffice your daily commuter bags and accessories needs. Just don’t expect the luxury lines to be available at this outlet though.
