It is a very, very old shopping center, it needs a lot of maintenance, and the streets, in addition to being small, are always with holes or in poor condition, in addition to the fact that the parking system is already very old.

This moll is brand new, is the best of all Tijuana Mx. It has almost everything a human needs. And is a U.S. stylev moll.

Seems kinda empty put there's quite a bit of shopping going on . there's a Panadería Diego's, they sell small roscas. Nice for the little ones.
It's not to noisy it is infact very calm and quiet mall not to crowded middle class upscale shopping area with affordable prices I liked it very much had a pleasant day
