I got two threads in my mutton curry. Neatness not as expected. If you ordered starters first they will serve you main course then starters 😂😂. Servers always in some day dreams 😜
Pathetic service was there ,the waiter is busy in his phone.
And even they are fraud me and my friend have visited over there we ordered 1 curry and 2 naan, we have got 1 naan and we even counted that, but he was saying that he was given 2 naan.
Then I told to check your camera after that he was not talking.
And even just to switch on the AC, and bringing the water it takes 10 mins.
For bringing the naan it takes 6 mins. Even when there was no rush

The restaurant I have never seen this much delay in responding I totally wasted 3 hours of my time here to complete my lunch....

Seems to be a very untidy and unhygienic place to have a food here. I didn't had an option to fill my stomach, seeing the name Kritunga restaurant, i thought it's the real Kritunga restaurant but they disappointed us.
They barely care about their customers, in fact we have ordered a panner biryani and chicken biryani.
1. Panner was not at all cooked properly and the rice is full of colour rather than masala and taste.
2. Salan, which was served is just water.
3. "Dum chicken biryani" so called, chicken was just rolled in masala and not at all cooked.
On top of it when we raise these issues, they claim to say this how the food is cooked here and asking us to not raise our voice.
Soo pathetic!
I am pretty sure this is a duplicate Kritunga restaurant, they are degrading the standards of the Original Kritunga Resturant!

Known for its spicy food. When we visited there was no proper ac. Rice was boiled nice and all spices are perfectly dissolved. The chicken texture was nice and very smooth. The taste was mouth watery. Best for students. Pulkas are very soft. Panner masala is simply 🤤. If anyone wants to taste spicy food at a restaurant in Hyderabad Kritunga is the best choice.
