Orange County Clerk of Courts

Child support office in Orlando has been working to enforce and fight for payments for my three kids for 20 years. Orange County Sheriff office has received many Rit warrants and they never picked my husband Errol D. Bryan up for unpaid payments totaling $26,000. Finally last week they brought him to jail and he went in front of an Orange County bias judge that allowed him to pay only $1000. Orange County courthouse has always been a safe haven for dead beats dad that has declined to stop working and wait for the kids age out of child support payments. You are delusional,disgraceful, ignorant,pathetic and the kids are all loosing for your bias judges who allowed these dads purged out by paying half of their rit payments. You are falling single parents that needs your help to maintain their kids quality of life. Please I am asking the Federal Government to look into these Judges rulings

Now in days it’s a blessing to have a job, but many don’t see it that way. Today as I left from jury duty the parking booth attendant, which was an elder women in her late 60’s , was very nasty and rude. She became upset because the ticket machine didn’t return a receipt and she was expecting me to solve it and I couldn’t. She was giving me nasty looks and snapping her lips. This is her job, people want a paycheck and don’t want to work for it. This is very common in government offices. People you don’t want to work stay home and beg the government for scraps.

Let’s be honest, no one LIKES coming here but everyone was pleasant and the wait wasn’t too long. My particular issue was handle efficiently and professionally with care.

I emailed the Probate department at the Orange County Clerk of Courts, and each time I reached out, within hours or next day, I received quick & complete assistance. I expected this office to be run like your typical government entity like the DMV or post office (painful to deal with), but working with this office was a breeze. Great job!

This is by far the worst, most unhelpful, and most inefficient clerks office I’ve ever dealt with. I had to call the same number 3 times to get them to do what the first 2 people obviously could have done themselves but didn’t feel like it and repeatedly told me was not something they could do. I tried to use the contact page and was only able to write 225 characters, half of which were the note sent on the e-portal from the clerks office. I was told multiple times to use the website even though I needed to talk to a clerk about a note a clerk put on the filing. Everyone was rude, unorganized, and unable to do their jobs. The issue was a non-issue that shouldn’t have happened in the first place if anyone there could read. What a waste of client money and attorney office time dealing with these people. Do better Orange County.

The only reason they get a 5 star today is because of Zack in the child support office. We went up there two weeks ago and had the unfortunate experience to deal with a woman named Andrina. She was completely rude and offered no help at all. Simply brushed us off with call me tomorrow, while I look into it. We my husband called called for two weeks and never got a call back. Went up there today, and Zack was amazing. Was to solve the issue in less than 5 minutes!!!! She needs to be taken out of the office if she doesn’t like her job!!!

I tried calling for help with child support, DOR won't procede with my case until the clerk of courts verifies the paternity case was dismissed last year. DOR has submitted 2 requests which haven't been answered so I tried calling to find where the disconnect is happening.
