Hoboken Cemetery

This cemetery needs a lot of upgrading. My grandmother was buried there back in 1968 and the seventh and it was always abandoned like nobody owned it a lot of tombstone turned over and they’ve been like that for many years. No one cares to pick them up and replace them which I think is very sad for the families. Something should be done about that My mom was buried there going on for years and recently they started doing some thing about the cleanliness and upgrading it a little bit that house that’s there on the entrance on the left-hand side needs to be totally renewed. It looks like it’s falling apart and I don’t think there’s a caregiver there. I remember going there a couple of years ago. and the caregiver that was living in the house was doing mechanical work with other men on the property, which I thought it was kind of odd to have someone do mechanical work there on two or three cars when they are there to maintain the place keep it clean I don’t like the cemetery is old fashion and it looks horrible. It really needs to be upgraded. That’s why I’m giving you two stars. The grass in this place is so dry and so nasty. The veterans that are buried there have no flags to represent them. once out of the cemetery looks okay which is the left side when you’re entering now the right side is a different story like I said, overturn headstones looks very neglected throughout the years this is one of the most horrible, sad cemeteries I have seen in my life it can be used in a horror movie that’s how awful it is

Very sad place. The history of lost graves, floods, and damage is sad and there is minimum care for the older graves here.

Buried my love in 2016. I will join him there when its my time. Well kept peacefull serene. The area is well kept.
