CFS Coffee Kirkman

I had breakfast with my wife here, coffee tasted good but was little bit cold, they need to warm up those big mugs before using them for lattes… the omelette was tasty. The girls there were nice. I RECOMMEND IT.

I found this Coffee Shop with the right atmosphere, good music, clean and peaceful, friendly and aesthetically beautiful. Maria Laura my waitress was so nice attentive and make my coffee just perfect. I am very picky about my coffee ☕️ she did it how I liked.

Cute cafe. Bit pricey, but high-quality Brazilian coffee. Breakfast was very tasty, but I asked for a medium steak and it was nearly well-done and I requested eggs over easy and received sunny side up. Regardless, I have no complaints. It was a great place to pass some time while I waited for the pharmacy nearby.

We always have consistently excellent service, the staff is very warm and friendly! Coffee is excellent although we noticed this past year, they stopped using the larger cups although prices went up. The food almost always is good but can occasionally be a miss....maybe not as fresh or not hot. I did notice on my recent visit that the coffee was not brood fresh but instead was in a carafe warmer. Hence, not hot coffee just lukewarm. The cafe is very cozy, comfortable, and relaxing and they recently had a remodel, great for working on your laptop, reading a book, or meeting a friend for a chat. It's definitely worth joining the loyalty program. Also, the menu is amazing and there are many new items that were added to that l'm looking forward to trying. After coming here for almost two years, I added the app which makes ordering ahead very easy. I highly recommend!

I love cfs coffee. I used to come here once a week after my classes at Valencia were through. It’s not often I find myself near kirkman anymore, but today I turned onto kirkman and it was the first place that came to mind. They are just as fantastic as I remember!!! They take the time to craft the perfect cup of coffee, both iced and hot, take pride in their food menu (and does it well at that) and provides a warm environment to relax do schoolwork, or just enjoy good vibes and good company.

The food is always so delicious with incredible presentation and the staff is so sweet and friendly! Christian was especially sweet and catered to me and my service dog perfectly! The coffee is to DIE for and so are the Colombian pastries ! I would give this place 20 stars if I could!

We stopped here on a rainy day craving good coffee. The atmosphere is cozy, with both inside and outside seating. Our barista was very friendly and knew how to whip up a good coffee. Bravo!

We also had lemon cake that was just the right amount of sour. And very tasty.

Go here for a good time. We loved it. You will too.
